Prices include bed linen & towels, heating and electric, 1 basket logs, and a lovely welcome pack with fresh bread, local cheeses, local chutney and fresh fruit. We allow up to 2 dogs at a cost of £20/1, £25/2 and the sofa bed is an extra charge of £10/person/night.

Our change-over days are generally Friday, but subject to other bookings, we can be flexible.

 

Payment terms:
DEPOSIT  (non refundable) 50% required if more than 4 weeks in advance of booking; 100% if less than 4 weeks in advance of the booking. As it is a non-refundable deposit, you may wish to take out additional insurance.
